Credelio Plus is an oral **small-molecule combination veterinary antiparasitic** chewable tablet for dogs developed by Elanco. It contains **lotilaner**, an isoxazoline ectoparasiticide that inhibits parasite **gamma-aminobutyric acid gated chloride channels**, and **milbemycin oxime**, a macrocyclic lactone endoparasiticide that acts on invertebrate ligand-gated chloride channels to control susceptible nematodes and support heartworm prevention. The product is used once monthly with food in dogs at least 8 weeks of age and at least 4.4 pounds for the treatment and prevention of **flea infestations**, treatment and control of **tick infestations**, **prevention of heartworm disease** caused by *Dirofilaria immitis*, and treatment of gastrointestinal and certain cardiopulmonary nematode infections including *Toxocara canis*, *Ancylostoma caninum*, *Toxascaris leonina*, *Trichuris vulpis*, and *Angiostrongylus vasorum*.
