Overview

Cresorol is a cannabis-derived small molecule flavonoid developed by Flavocure Biotech for the treatment of Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). It functions as a FLT3 inhibitor, demonstrating potent activity against wild-type FLT3 as well as clinically relevant mutations including FLT3-ITD and FLT3-D835Y. Additionally, the molecule exhibits moderate inhibitory activity against the CSF1R kinase. Cresorol has been granted Orphan Drug Designation by the FDA for the treatment of AML. It is currently in pre-clinical development, with plans to advance into Phase 1 clinical trials following the completion of toxicology studies.
