CRG-150

CRG-150 is an autologous, gene-edited T regulatory (Treg) cell therapy being developed by CoRegen, Inc. for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. The therapy involves the genetic modification of a patient's own Treg cells to enhance their therapeutic potential or target specificity within the tumor microenvironment. CRG-150 is currently being evaluated in a Phase 1/2a clinical trial (NCT06483100) to assess its safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy in patients with relapsed or refractory HR+/HER2- breast cancer, triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), and prostate cancer. This approach represents a novel application of Treg cells, which are traditionally associated with immune suppression, to modulate the immune response against malignancies.
