Overview

CRN-1001 is a novel innate immune-stimulating vaccine adjuvant being developed by Corner Therapeutics to enhance dendritic cell activation and T cell–mediated immunity. In ex vivo studies with human monocyte-derived dendritic cells, CRN-1001 induces expression of inflammatory cytokines, upregulates maturation markers, and enhances dendritic cell migratory behavior, consistent with potent activation of antigen-presenting functions.[1][6] Transcriptomic profiling shows that CRN-1001 triggers a distinct gene expression program in human dendritic cells and activates NLRP3 inflammasomes, supporting its use as a next-generation adjuvant to improve the magnitude and quality of vaccine responses, particularly for cancer and infectious disease immunization settings.[1][6]
