Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Cross-linked sodium hyaluronate gel with lidocaine is a series of injectable dermal fillers developed by Haohai Healthcare Holdings for aesthetic soft tissue augmentation. The product consists of a stabilized, cross-linked hyaluronic acid (HA) gel, which provides structural support and volume to the skin to correct wrinkles, folds, and volume loss. The cross-linking process enhances the durability of the HA within the tissue by resisting enzymatic degradation by hyaluronidase. The inclusion of lidocaine, a local anesthetic, is intended to minimize pain during the injection process, improving patient comfort. Haohai's pipeline includes multiple generations of this formulation, with the first version already approved and subsequent iterations in clinical development.
