Overview

CROWN is a nutritionally based therapy, formulated as a powder, developed by Prometheus Laboratories. It is administered twice daily, preferably one hour before or more than two hours after meals, for up to 24 weeks. The therapy is being evaluated for its efficacy in supporting the repair and maintenance of the intestinal mucosa in patients with moderately to severely active Crohn's Disease who are receiving anti-Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF) therapy.
