Overview

CRTKDA11 is an investigational T-cell receptor engineered T-cell (TCR-T) therapy developed by Corregene Biotechnology for the treatment of advanced solid tumors harboring the KRAS G12D mutation, specifically colorectal and pancreatic cancers. The therapy utilizes T cells engineered to express high-affinity TCRs (designated KDA11-01 and KDA11-02) that specifically recognize the KRAS G12D neoantigen presented by the HLA-A*11:01 allele. This recognition triggers the engineered T cells to mediate the targeted killing of tumor cells expressing the mutant KRAS protein. KRAS G12D is a highly prevalent driver mutation in gastrointestinal and pancreatic malignancies, and CRTKDA11 represents a precision immunotherapy approach to address these difficult-to-treat cancers.
