Overview

CRTKVA11 is a **T cell receptor-engineered (TCR-T) cell therapy** developed to target the **KRAS G12V mutation** found in advanced solid tumors. This therapy utilizes autologous (patient-derived) T cells genetically modified to express a T-cell receptor specific for the KRAS G12V mutant protein, thereby enabling precise recognition and destruction of tumor cells harboring this mutation. It is primarily in development for cancers such as colorectal cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, and pancreatic cancer. Developed by Beijing Kerui Biological Technology, CRTKVA11 is considered a globally innovative approach for treating KRAS-mutant solid tumors, where there are limited or no effective therapies available for KRAS G12V and similar mutations[1][5].
