Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CRTKVA11-03 is an autologous T-cell receptor-engineered T-cell (TCR-T) therapy developed by CorreGene. It consists of patient-derived T cells transduced with a lentiviral vector encoding a T-cell receptor (TCR) specific for the KRAS G12V mutation, along with a CD8 co-receptor to enhance potency. The engineered TCR specifically recognizes the KRAS G12V mutant peptide presented by the HLA-A*11:01 major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I molecule on tumor cells. CRTKVA11-03 is currently in Phase 1 clinical development for the treatment of advanced solid tumors harboring the KRAS G12V mutation and matching the HLA-A*11:01 genotype, including pancreatic cancer, colorectal cancer, and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
