Overview
Crusekitug (QX002N) is a high-affinity recombinant humanized IgG1κ monoclonal antibody that selectively targets interleukin-17A (IL-17A), including IL-17AA and IL-17AF homodimers and heterodimers. Developed by Qyuns Therapeutics, crusekitug binds to IL-17A and blocks its interaction with the IL-17 receptor complex, thereby inhibiting the downstream activation of pro-inflammatory signaling pathways and cytokine release. Crusekitug is primarily being developed for the treatment of active ankylosing spondylitis (AS) and radiographic axial spondyloarthritis (r-axSpA), with a New Drug Application (NDA) accepted by China's National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) in March 2026. It is also under development for other autoimmune and inflammatory conditions, including lupus nephritis, plaque psoriasis, and psoriatic arthritis.
