Overview

CRX200 is an off-the-shelf, allogeneic cytokine-induced killer (CIK) cell immunotherapy being developed by BioEclipse Therapeutics for the treatment of refractory solid tumors, including ovarian cancer. As an allogeneic approach, CRX200 is designed to provide a lower-cost, scalable alternative to autologous therapies by eliminating the need for patient-specific apheresis and manufacturing. The therapy utilizes CIK cells—a unique population of immune effector cells that exhibit both T cell and natural killer (NK) cell properties—to mediate potent, non-MHC-restricted cytotoxicity against tumor cells. CRX200 is intended to activate both innate and adaptive immune responses to combat resistant and recurrent cancers. Currently described as IND-ready, the program represents an expansion of BioEclipse's immunotherapy pipeline alongside its lead autologous candidate, CRX100.
