Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CS-02 is a preclinical therapeutic vaccine candidate developed by CelSiege Biosciences for the treatment of various cancers. It utilizes a B cell-mediated immunotherapy platform designed to induce the production of endogenous polyclonal antibodies. These antibodies are intended to transiently deplete overexpressed ligands and cytokines that drive angiogenesis and lymph-angiogenesis within the tumor microenvironment. By neutralizing these growth factors, CS-02 aims to inhibit tumor vascularization and lymphatic spread, thereby suppressing tumor growth and metastasis. The vaccine is administered via intramuscular injection.
