Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CS-11 is a next-generation therapeutic vaccine developed by CelSiege Biosciences for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and other solid tumors. It utilizes a B cell-mediated immunotherapy approach to break immune tolerance and induce the production of endogenous polyclonal antibodies against both Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF) and Transforming Growth Factor alpha (TGFα). By dual-targeting these growth factors, CS-11 aims to inhibit the signaling pathways that drive tumor proliferation and survival. The drug is currently in preclinical development and is administered via intramuscular injection.
