CS1001 + regorafenib is an investigational combination therapy studied for the treatment of advanced or refractory solid tumors, including gastric cancer. It consists of CS1001, a monoclonal antibody targeting programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1), and regorafenib, an orally-administered small molecule multi-kinase inhibitor. The combination aims to provide synergistic anti-tumor effects by integrating immune checkpoint blockade and inhibition of multiple signaling pathways involved in tumor angiogenesis, metastasis, and immunity. CS1001 has shown a favorable safety and anti-tumor profile in clinical trials, while regorafenib blocks kinases such as VEGFRs, KIT, RET, RAFs, PDGFRs, FGFRs, TIE2, and CSF1R. This combination is being developed through a partnership between CStone Pharmaceuticals and Bayer[1][3][5][7][9].
