Overview

CS1002 is an investigational anti-CTLA-4 monoclonal antibody developed as an ipilimumab biosimilar. It is a human immunoglobulin G1 (IgG1) monoclonal antibody that blocks the interaction of CTLA-4 with its ligands, thereby increasing T-cell activation and proliferation to enhance anti-tumor immune responses. CS1002 has shown promising results both as monotherapy and in combination with nofazinlimab (CS1003), an anti-PD-1 antibody, in the treatment of advanced solid tumors, particularly in anti-PD-(L)1-naïve MSI-H/dMMR tumors and anti-PD-(L)1-refractory melanoma.
