Overview
CS2009 + paclitaxel + carboplatin is an investigational combination regimen consisting of CS2009, a trispecific antibody targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1), vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGFA), and cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated protein 4 (CTLA-4), combined with the standard chemotherapy agents paclitaxel (a microtubule-stabilizing taxane) and carboplatin (a platinum-based DNA alkylating agent). Developed by CStone Pharmaceuticals, this combination is being evaluated in clinical trials, such as the Phase I/II study NCT06741644, for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including first-line squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
