Overview
CS2009 + pemetrexed + carboplatin is an investigational combination regimen consisting of CS2009, a first-in-class trispecific antibody targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1), cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated protein 4 (CTLA-4), and vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGFA), combined with the standard chemotherapy agents pemetrexed and carboplatin. Developed by CStone Pharmaceuticals, this combination is being evaluated in clinical trials, primarily as a first-line treatment for patients with advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The regimen aims to leverage the synergistic effects of triple-pathway immune checkpoint and angiogenic blockade provided by CS2009 alongside the cytotoxic tumor-killing activity of platinum-doublet chemotherapy.
