Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CS2011 is an investigational EGFR/HER3 bispecific antibody developed by CStone Pharmaceuticals. It is designed to target both Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) and Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 3 (HER3), which are key members of the human epidermal growth factor receptor (HER) family and validated therapeutic targets in various advanced solid tumors. The drug demonstrates potent blockage activity on both EGFR and HER3, exhibiting synergistic effects on their downstream signaling pathways. This dual targeting mechanism leads to significant tumor growth inhibition in preclinical in vitro and in vivo models. CS2011 aims to effectively address tumor heterogeneity by targeting nearly all HER family signaling, excluding HER2 homodimers.
