Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CS2015 is a preclinical-stage bispecific antibody developed by CStone Pharmaceuticals for the treatment of Type 2 inflammatory diseases, including atopic dermatitis, asthma, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It simultaneously targets OX40 ligand (OX40L) and thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP), two critical regulators of Th2-mediated inflammatory signaling pathways. The molecule features an asymmetric design and an engineered Fc region to extend its half-life, potentially allowing for longer dosing intervals. CS2015 is currently undergoing IND-enabling studies, which are expected to be initiated in the second half of 2025.
