CS21095 is a small-molecule estrogen receptor (ER) degrader being developed by Chipscreen Biosciences for the treatment of breast cancer. As a targeted protein degrader (TPD), it is designed to bind to the estrogen receptor and induce its degradation via the proteasome pathway, thereby inhibiting the growth of ER-positive breast cancer cells. This mechanism aims to overcome resistance associated with traditional ER antagonists or selective estrogen receptor modulators (SERMs). It is currently in Phase 1 clinical development.
