Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CS23546 + chidamide is an investigational oral combination therapy being developed by Chipscreen Biosciences for the treatment of advanced malignancies, including relapsed or refractory lymphoma. CS23546 is a novel, orally administered small-molecule PD-L1 inhibitor that acts as a PD-L1 dimer antagonist; it binds to PD-L1 and induces its endocytosis, thereby blocking the PD-1/PD-L1 immunosuppressive signaling pathway. Chidamide (tucidinostat) is an approved, orally active, subtype-selective histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor that targets HDAC1, HDAC2, HDAC3, and HDAC10. Preclinical studies have demonstrated that the combination of CS23546 and chidamide exhibits significant synergistic antitumor activity by enhancing immune-mediated tumor clearance and reversing resistance to immunotherapy.
