Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CS3005 is an orally bioavailable small molecule immune checkpoint inhibitor that acts as an antagonist of the adenosine A2A receptor (A2AR, also known as ADORA2A). By selectively binding to and inhibiting A2AR expressed on T lymphocytes, CS3005 modulates the tumor immune microenvironment, potentially enhancing antitumor immune responses. It is being developed primarily for the treatment of advanced solid tumors and other neoplasms. The drug was discovered and initially developed by CStone Pharmaceuticals[1][3].
