Overview

CS3006 is an orally bioavailable, highly selective small-molecule inhibitor of mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase 1 and 2 (MEK1/2), developed by CStone Pharmaceuticals for the treatment of cancer. It targets the MAPK signaling pathway (RAS-RAF-MEK-ERK), which regulates key cellular activities such as cell growth, proliferation, survival, and apoptosis. By inhibiting MEK1/2, CS3006 disrupts tumor cell survival and proliferation. Preclinical studies have shown that CS3006 has good pharmacokinetic properties and demonstrates promising synergistic activity when combined with anti-PD-1 antibodies in animal models. The drug has been evaluated in phase I clinical trials for solid tumors[1][2][3][5][7].
