CS5008 is a bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by CStone Pharmaceuticals. It is designed to simultaneously target two tumor-associated antigens, somatostatin receptor 2 (SSTR2) and delta-like ligand 3 (DLL3), which are frequently co-expressed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), neuroendocrine carcinomas (NECs), and neuroendocrine tumors (NETs).
