CS5010

CS5010 is a next-generation antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting the Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (HER2). Developed by CStone Pharmaceuticals, it is a key asset in their "Pipeline 2.0" program. The drug is distinguished by its dual-payload architecture, which utilizes a proprietary ADC platform and optimized linker technology to deliver two different cytotoxic agents selectively to HER2-expressing tumor cells. This approach is designed to enhance anti-tumor activity and potentially overcome resistance encountered with conventional single-payload ADCs. CS5010 is currently being investigated for the treatment of various solid tumors in the preclinical or early clinical development stages.
