Overview
CS51085 is a small molecule inhibitor of Hematopoietic Progenitor Kinase 1 (HPK1) currently in preclinical development by Chipscreen NewWay, a subsidiary of Chipscreen Biosciences. HPK1 is a member of the MAP4K family and acts as a key negative regulator of T-cell, B-cell, and dendritic cell signaling. By inhibiting HPK1, CS51085 is intended to reverse immunosuppression within the tumor microenvironment and enhance the anti-tumor activity of the immune system. The compound is being developed for the treatment of solid tumors, aiming to provide a novel immunotherapy approach by modulating the TCR signaling pathway.
