CS6008

CS6008 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by CStone Pharmaceuticals for the treatment of solid tumors. It targets Transglutaminase (TGM), a protein family (notably Transglutaminase 2) that is frequently overexpressed in the tumor microenvironment and plays a critical role in tumor growth, invasion, and resistance to therapy. CS6008 is engineered using CStone's proprietary ADC technology platform, which features optimized linkers designed to improve the stability of the conjugate in systemic circulation and ensure the selective release of its cytotoxic payload within the tumor. This targeted approach aims to deliver potent anti-tumor activity while minimizing off-target effects. The candidate is currently in the early stages of development, with expectations to advance into clinical trials.
