Overview

CS6009 (also referred to as CS5009 in some contexts) is a preclinical-stage bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by CStone Pharmaceuticals. It is designed to simultaneously target B7-H3 (CD276) and PD-L1 (CD274), two proteins frequently overexpressed in various solid tumors. By dual-targeting these antigens, CS6009 aims to enhance tumor selectivity and efficacy while potentially overcoming resistance to traditional PD-(L)1 therapies. The drug is built on CStone's proprietary ADC technology platform, featuring optimized linkers intended to facilitate stable circulation and selective release of the cytotoxic payload within the tumor microenvironment. It is being developed as a potential treatment for advanced solid tumors within CStone's 'Pipeline 2.0' portfolio.
