CSC012-ADC

CSC012-ADC is a preclinical antibody-drug conjugate developed by Cellerant Therapeutics that targets interleukin-1 receptor accessory protein (IL1RAP), a marker expressed on leukemic stem cells and blasts in acute myeloid leukemia and other hematologic malignancies. It consists of a human or humanized monoclonal antibody directed against IL1RAP site-specifically conjugated to a highly potent DNA-damaging cytotoxic payload (D212) to selectively eliminate IL1RAP-positive leukemic stem and progenitor cells while sparing normal hematopoietic stem cells. Preclinical in vitro and in vivo studies have shown potent antitumor activity, supporting its further development as a targeted therapy for acute myeloid leukemia and potentially other IL1RAP-expressing cancers.[3][5][10]
