Overview

CSL360 is a recombinant, chimeric immunoglobulin G1 (IgG1) monoclonal antibody that targets the interleukin-3 receptor alpha chain (CD123/IL-3Rα), which is upregulated on leukemic stem cells and blasts in acute myeloid leukemia (AML). By binding to CD123, CSL360 neutralizes IL-3 signaling and demonstrates anti-leukemic activity. It was developed for the treatment of AML by targeting leukemic stem cells that express high levels of CD123. The drug was initially developed by CSL Limited[1][2][7].
