Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CSR02-Fab-TF is an intra-arterial therapy designed to target blood vessels feeding hepatocellular carcinoma tumors while sparing normal liver tissue. It consists of a Fab fragment from an antibody (CSR02) that recognizes PLVAP (Plasmalemma Vesicle-Associated Protein), combined with tissue factor, a normal human protein that promotes blood clotting. This design allows it to selectively target and block tumor blood vessels, depriving the tumor of its blood supply and leading to tumor death.
