Overview

CT-048 is an autologous CAR-T cell therapy targeting Claudin 18.2 (CLDN18.2), a tight junction protein highly expressed in certain gastrointestinal cancers. Developed using proprietary technology to enhance efficacy in solid tumors, it is designed to recognize and eliminate tumor cells expressing CLDN18.2 while minimizing off-tumor toxicity. The therapy is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials for advanced solid tumors including gastric cancer, gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma, pancreatic cancer, and esophageal cancer[1][3][6].
