Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CT-P70 is a novel antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Celltrion, targeting the cMET receptor in multiple solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), colorectal cancer, and gastric cancer. The drug utilizes a next-generation payload called PBX-7016, which was co-developed with Pinotbio. Preclinical studies have demonstrated potent tumor-suppressing effects even in tumors with low cMET expression compared to competing cMET-targeting ADCs. CT-P70 has shown a high therapeutic index and is designed for enhanced efficacy and safety[4][2][3].
