Overview
CT-RD06 is an investigational chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy developed by Nanjing Bioheng Biotech. It is designed to target the CD19 antigen, which is commonly expressed on the surface of B-cell malignancies. The therapy involves engineering a patient's own T cells to express a CAR that recognizes and binds to CD19, leading to immunologic cytotoxicity against malignant B cells. Its primary indications under investigation include Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and precursor B-cell lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma, particularly in relapsed or refractory cases. As of March 2024, it remains in early clinical development (Phase 0/1) in China[1][2][5].
