Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CT03S is an investigational autologous Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy developed by PersonGen Biotherapeutics. It is specifically engineered to target the CD7 antigen, a glycoprotein highly expressed in various T-cell malignancies, including T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) and T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma (T-LBL). A distinguishing feature of CT03S is its use of a senescence-resistant platform, which aims to overcome T-cell exhaustion and senescence—common challenges in CAR-T manufacturing and clinical persistence. By enhancing the proliferative capacity and longevity of the CAR-T cells, CT03S is designed to provide more durable anti-tumor responses in patients with relapsed or refractory CD7-positive hematologic malignancies.
