Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CT059X is an allogeneic chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy targeting B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA). It is developed using CARsgen's THANK-u Plus technology platform, which enhances the expansion and anti-tumor efficacy of the CAR-T cells, particularly in the presence of natural killer (NK) cells with varying levels of NKG2A expression. CT059X is being investigated for use in relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma (R/R MM) and relapsed/refractory plasma cell leukemia (R/R PCL). In early clinical evaluation, CT059X demonstrated promising efficacy, with a first patient achieving stringent complete response and minimal residual disease negativity at Day 28 post-infusion[2][3][5].
