Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CT076 is a preclinical-stage chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy candidate developed by Guangdong Celconta Biotechnology (XKDBio). The therapy is engineered using the company's proprietary Trans-CAR platform to target Claudin 18.2 (CLDN18.2), a tight junction protein that is frequently overexpressed in various solid tumors, particularly gastric, esophageal, and pancreatic cancers. The Trans-CAR platform is designed to optimize the safety and efficacy profile of the T-cell product, aiming to overcome common challenges in treating solid tumors with cell therapies. As of current reports, CT076 remains in the preclinical research phase.
