Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CT101 is a multimodal recombinant cytokine fusion protein immunotherapy being developed by Cura Therapeutics for the treatment of solid malignancies, including breast and colorectal cancers. Engineered using an AI-driven discovery platform that integrates predictive protein modeling with immune functional assays, CT101 is designed to activate and synchronize multiple immune system mechanisms to destroy cancer cells. Its primary actions include inducing the activation and migration of immune effector cells to the tumor microenvironment, reducing the immunosuppressive nature of the tumor microenvironment, and disrupting the tumor's blood supply through anti-angiogenic properties. As of early 2024, the drug is in late-stage preclinical development, moving toward IND submission.
