Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**CT111** is a novel trispecific single-domain antibody developed by Chantibody Therapeutics that simultaneously targets **PD-1**, **CTLA-4**, and **VEGF**. It functions as a **PD-1 inhibitor**, **CTLA-4 inhibitor**, and **VEGF inhibitor**, synergistically blocking immune checkpoints on exhausted T cells while inhibiting angiogenesis to promote cooperative antitumor effects. Currently in early clinical development, with preclinical data demonstrating enhanced T-cell activation and tumor inhibition, and a phase 1 first-in-human trial ongoing for advanced solid tumors.[3][5][6][7]
