CT1194D is an investigational chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy being developed for the treatment of relapsed or refractory B-cell neoplasms, including B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (B-NHL) and B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL). Developed by Chongqing Precision Biotech, CT1194D consists of autologous T-cells genetically modified to express a CAR targeting the B-lymphocyte antigen CD19. The therapy is specifically engineered to optimize cellular metabolic kinetics, a feature intended to improve the metabolic fitness, persistence, and anti-tumor activity of the CAR-T cells within the clinical environment. It is currently being evaluated in early-phase clinical trials to determine its safety, efficacy, and metabolic profile in patients who have failed standard therapies.
