CT341 (also known as XKDCT341) is an autologous chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy developed by Guangdong Celconta Biotechnology. It is engineered using the company's proprietary 2nd-CAR platform to target Nectin-4 (Poliovirus receptor-related 4), a cell surface protein that is highly expressed in several solid malignancies, including breast cancer. The therapy involves the ex vivo modification of a patient's T cells to express a CAR specific for Nectin-4, enabling these cells to recognize and eliminate Nectin-4-positive tumor cells upon reinfusion. CT341 is currently undergoing clinical evaluation in dose-escalation exploratory trials for patients with Nectin-4-positive advanced breast cancer.
