CT45-001

CT45-001 is a T-cell receptor (TCR) engineered T-cell therapy candidate developed by Immatics Biotechnologies. It targets a novel HLA-A*02:01-restricted peptide derived from Cancer-Testis Antigen 45 (CT45), a cancer-testis antigen highly expressed in various solid tumors, including squamous cell non-small cell lung cancer (sqNSCLC) and ovarian cancer (OC). The therapy involves the isolation and validation of high-avidity TCRs that specifically recognize the CT45-001 peptide presented on the cell surface. Preclinical data demonstrate that T cells transduced with these TCRs exhibit potent cytotoxicity against tumor cell lines with low target copy numbers while maintaining a high safety profile with no significant reactivity against normal tissues.
