Overview

CT95 (also known as CLN-432 or HBM7022) is a bispecific T-cell engaging (TCE) antibody with a 2+1 molecular architecture, designed to target mesothelin (MSLN) and the CD3 epsilon subunit of the T-cell receptor. Developed by Cullinan Therapeutics in collaboration with Harbour BioMed, CT95 features bivalent binding to MSLN and monovalent binding to CD3, a design intended to enhance tumor-selective binding and potency while minimizing systemic cytokine release. Mesothelin is a tumor-associated antigen overexpressed in several solid malignancies, including ovarian cancer, mesothelioma, pancreatic cancer, and non-small cell lung cancer. By simultaneously engaging MSLN on tumor cells and CD3 on T-cells, CT95 redirects T-cell cytotoxicity to eliminate cancer cells. It is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials for patients with advanced MSLN-expressing solid tumors.
