CTA-003

CTA-003 is an investigational Armed-T cell therapy being developed by CytoArm for the treatment of prostate adenocarcinoma. The therapy utilizes CytoArm's proprietary Armed-T platform, which employs bispecific antibody (BsAb) technology to "arm" T cells with targeting moieties against the prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA). Unlike traditional CAR-T cell therapies, CTA-003 does not require viral vector-mediated gene delivery or genome editing, which facilitates a more rapid manufacturing process of approximately 10 days and results in high product purity (over 90%). By redirecting the patient's own T cells to recognize and eliminate PSMA-expressing cancer cells, CTA-003 aims to provide a potent and specific immunotherapy for prostate cancer.
