Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CTA-004 is an experimental Armed-T™ cell therapy being developed by CytoArm for the treatment of metastatic breast carcinoma. The therapy utilizes engineered T cells that are "armed" to specifically target and eliminate tumor cells expressing the Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (HER2). This approach combines the cytotoxic potential of T cells with the precision of targeted therapy, aiming to provide a novel treatment option for patients with HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer. As of the current pipeline status, the program is in the research stage.
