Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CTA-30X is an allogeneic chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy targeting CD19. It is a universal CAR-T (UCAR-T) product developed by Nanjing Bioheng Biotech for the treatment of CD19-positive B-cell malignancies. The therapy involves gene transference and T lymphocyte replacement to engineer donor-derived T cells that express a CAR specific for the B-lymphocyte antigen CD19. This approach enables off-the-shelf immunotherapy for patients with relapsed or refractory B-cell hematologic malignancies such as acute lymphoblastic leukemia and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma[1][4][5].
