Overview

CTH-400 is a preclinical cell therapy drug candidate developed by Cartherics. It is a CAR-NK (chimeric antigen receptor natural killer) cell therapy designed to target tumor-associated glycoprotein 72 (TAG-72), which is commonly expressed on the surface of various cancer cells. The mechanism of action involves inhibition of TAG-72, aiming to direct the immune system's NK cells to recognize and destroy neoplastic (cancerous) cells expressing this antigen. Its primary indication is for neoplasms (cancers), and it has not yet entered clinical trials[1].
