Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CTH-501 EVs is a preclinical-stage extracellular vesicle (EV) therapeutic being developed by Cartherics. The asset is engineered to target Tumor-Associated Glycoprotein 72 (TAG-72) and Tissue Factor (TF), antigens frequently overexpressed in certain cancers and inflammatory conditions. It is currently under investigation for the treatment of endometriosis and triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). As an EV-based modality, CTH-501 EVs leverages the inherent biocompatibility and delivery potential of extracellular vesicles to localize therapeutic effects to cells expressing the dual targets.
