Overview

CTH-502 is an allogeneic, induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived natural killer (NK) cell therapy engineered with a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) targeting Tissue Factor (TF). Developed by Cartherics, the product incorporates multiple gene knockouts to enhance its persistence and efficacy within the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment. CTH-502 is being investigated for the treatment of various solid tumors and endometriosis, where Tissue Factor is often overexpressed. The therapy leverages an off-the-shelf approach by using iPSC-derived cells, allowing for standardized manufacturing and broader patient access.
