Overview

CTH-606 is a preclinical-stage natural killer (NK) cell therapy being developed by Cartherics for the treatment of solid cancers. As an off-the-shelf cellular immunotherapy, it is designed to harness the innate anti-tumor activity of NK cells to target and eliminate malignant cells. While Cartherics' lead programs, such as CTH-401, utilize induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) technology and chimeric antigen receptors (CARs) targeting TAG-72, CTH-606 is currently characterized in the company's pipeline as a foundational NK cell therapy with specific targets and genetic modifications not yet publicly disclosed. The program aims to provide a scalable treatment option for patients with various solid malignancies.
